Leadership Team
Coco Cubs, Nashik, is led by Kiran Nandekar, an education innovator with over 15 years of experience. An MBA graduate, Kiran has worked with several schools, developed curricula, and introduced coding and robotics to children in India before the pandemic. With certifications in Data Science, Coding, and Robotics, she pioneers the integration of AI into education, creating innovative teaching aids and books.
Pratik Nandekar, Co-founder and an engineer with an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute, Mumbai, brings expertise in strategic planning and operations, driving the preschool’s vision of world-class education.
Together, they combine technology and innovation to prepare Gen Z Alpha kids for a future shaped by AI, coding, and robotics.
